Hoover Avenue Project

This project resulted in a complete renovation of a three-bedroom and two-bathroom single-family residence to display modern and upscale features convenient for an entertainment AirBnB or family style home. 

 

The welcoming feature of the added front porch was intended to compliment the updated premium vinyl siding.  While the interior renovations including restored hardwood flooring, luxurious quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, panoramic windows and a large finished basement were thoughtfully curated to depict upscale modern living in the University of Notre Dame community.  To enhance the owner's living experience upgrades were made to the plumbing and HVAC services as well as the dual garage.
