Saint Peter Project

The creative vision of this project was to transform the previous configuration of a three-bedroom and two-bathroom multifamily duplex to an upscale modern four-bedroom and two-bathroom single-family residence. 

 

The exterior of the home was fully renovated with updated premium vinyl siding, roofing and dual-pane windows with the enhanced feature of a farmer-style porch.  In addition to the exterior renovations and remodeling, the interior was equipped with brand-new modern mechanicals and a full interior restoration to make it suitable for a single-family residence in a premium location.
