Current project in progress for a complete interior and exterior remodel and renovation. This residence is in a premium location as it is located just one mile south of the University of Notre Dame. This residence was chosen with the intent to provide Indiana families with a beautiful modern home close to a well-favored local university.

This time-efficient project resulted in homing Indiana residents in a four-bedroom and two-bathroom tri-level single-family home. With an extensive amount of space, the creative vision for this project was to renovate and remodel the interior to provide enough room for family entertainment. Being a beautifully executed renovation and remodel as well as located in a premium location this property had limited time on the market.
