A New Year With Lofty Goals and New Projects

Ready or not 2023 has arrived! DGM has hit the ground running into a year that will see us scale our business, grow our investment network and aggressively take on projects. In 2023 we have set a goal of ten restorations. We have challenged ourselves to stay focused heading into 2024 with a goal of eighteen projects while making preparations for a move into commercial multifamily.

In early January we completed work on the St Peter project and have recently listed it on the market. There has been early interest in this 130 yr old 4BR 2 BA home which was owned by only one family previously. We were elated with the restoration and couldn't be more proud to inject new life into this home that has been part of the city since its earliest days!. Centrally located to the downtown South Bend area and the University Of Notre Dame, this Howard Park vicinity home is sure to attract interest from Real Estate investors, its double lot and skyline views will attract families of all ages as well.

DGM has begun work on our newest home. "The Lincolway Project". This 130 yr old victorian home located in the Michiana region will be restored and modernized. When complete, this turn of the century home will serve families well into the next century. Pictures of this gem will be coming soon.

We couldn't be more thankful for the blessings and trust that our investment group has given us. Everyone plays a vital role in the company's success.
